| Can I transfer my ticket to another date or event? |
Tickets purchased on CheathamStreet.com / Groovetickets / Flavorus.com are not transferable to another event or date, per the terms of purchase. |
I can’t print the receipt.
Do I have to bring it? |
While the receipt is not required to pick up your tickets at will call, it may be helpful as confirmation the order was processed successfully. You are only required to bring the original credit card used to purchase the tickets and your photo ID.
To print a copy of your receipt anytime, from any computer, simply log into your account at GrooveTickets.com and click on the "Purchase History" link on the top of the page. Click on the transaction ID and press the "Print Your Receipt" button to open a .PDF of the receipt. If you do not see the order in your purchase history it has not gone through, please try purchasing the ticket again. |
| I lost or can't bring the credit card, if I bring my ID and receipt will I be let in? |
To pick up your tickets at will call, you must either present the original credit card you used or a photocopy of the front and back of the card. If your card was lost or stolen, you may present any other official documentation verifying the original card number. This can be a banking statement with your transaction or a letter obtained at your local bank branch certifying the lost or stolen credit card number.
If someone else purchased the tickets for you, please present a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card and a photocopy of their photo ID.
If you cannot bring the proper documentation, you will not receive your tickets and will not be eligible for a refund. |
I can’t go to the event,
can I have a refund? |
Unfortunately we have a no refund policy. If the tickets are will call the party picking up the order will need to have the credit card used to purchase the tickets. If they cannot bring the credit card, you may give them a photocopy of the front and back of the card and your ID. |
Can I have my will call tickets shipped instead? |
We cannot change orders from will call to shipped delivery. You need to select a shipping option at the time of purchase. Shipped tickets which are refused by the recipient, returned to sender, or unused for any reason are not grounds for a refund, per the terms of purchase. |
Can I ship my tickets to a different address than my billing address? |
To help prevent fraud, tickets can only be shipped to the credit card billing address. If you are not at this address to sign for the tickets a notice will be left and you will be able to pick them up at your local post office. If you do not receive your ticket by the last weekday prior to the event, please contact customer service. Shipped tickets which are refused by the recipient, returned to sender, or unused for any reason are not grounds for a refund, per the terms of purchase. |
